چکیده
C4 grasses are common species in rangelands around the world and represent an attractive option for second-generation biofuel production. Although they display high polysaccharide content reach great levels of biomass accumulation, there is a major technical issue to be addressed before can used bioethanol industrial production: lignin removal. Concerning this, Pycnoporus Ganoderma fungal genera have been highlighted due their ability hydrolyze lignocellulose biological pretreatments. Our goals here were evaluate pretreatment efficiency using secretome from spp. harvested glucose-free inductive medium (using grass) identify enzymatic activities responsible degradation glucose release. results show that P. sanguineus exhibits higher activity lignocellulolytic enzymes such as cellulases, xylanases, laccases, manganese peroxidases compared with G. resinaceum. Interestingly, zymograms presence 2 M suggest β-glucosidase isoform could tolerant. The proteomic approach carried out allowed identification 73 180 different proteins resinaceum secretomes, respectively, which functionally classified five main categories miscellaneous group. These open new avenues future experimental work lead deeper comprehension greater application mechanisms underlying lignocellulosic degradation.

Community Structure and Succession Regulation of Fungal Consortia in the Lignocellulose-Degrading Process on Natural Biomass
The study aims to investigate fungal community structures and dynamic changes in forest soil lignocellulose-degrading process. rRNA gene clone libraries for the samples collected in different stages of lignocellulose degradation process were constructed and analyzed. A total of 26 representative RFLP types were obtained from original soil clone library, including Mucoromycotina (29.5%), unclass...
متن کاملLignocellulose-Degrading Microbial Communities in Landfill Sites Represent a Repository of Unexplored Biomass-Degrading Diversity
The microbial conversion of lignocellulosic biomass for biofuel production represents a renewable alternative to fossil fuels. However, the discovery of new microbial enzymes with high activity is critical for improving biomass conversion processes. While attempts to identify superior lignocellulose-degrading enzymes have focused predominantly on the animal gut, biomass-degrading communities in...
متن کاملon translation of phatic communion and socio-cultural relationships between the characters of the novels
phatic communion is a cultural concept which differs across cultures. according to hofstede (2001), the u.s. tends to have individualistic culture; however, asian countries tend to have collectivistic cultures. these cultures view phatic communion differently. in individualistic cultures like u.s., phatic communion reflects speakers’ socio-cultural relationships in conversations. to see whether...
